I want to know if it is possible to run Windows games on a Mac. I do not want to install Windows on a Mac, because (in my opinion) that is stupid and defeats the purpose of having a Mac in the first place. Is there an emulator that will allow me to run Windows games on a Mac? I heard that Macs now come with a built-in emulator. This this true?
In summary, I just want to be able to play the following games on a Mac:
- Team Fortress 2
- Diablo 3
- The Sims 3
- Guild Wars
- Guild Wars 2
- Starcraft 2
- Left 4 Dead 2
Is this possible? And if so, how do I do it?

- The solution is BlueMaxima’s Flashpoint, a free, open-source application for Windows (Mac and Linux versions are in the works). Flashpoint provides everything you need to play classic web games. It has a library of around 38,000 web games and 2,400 animations. Experimental Mac and Linux builds might not include support for the full catalog.
- As an example, you’ll be able to play a pizza delivery themed mini-game. As a bonus, if you score well you’ll earn prizes for beating each mini-game. Read more: Warfriends for PC - Windows/MAC Download.
No, unfortunately for the time being there’s no way to do so. However if you manage to procure a bootable iso of Mac OS from torrents and try to run it on a VM then you can run the game on the virtual machine but you know its too much of a task to do and the game won’t run good that way.
